About Us
This service provides support to families with dependent children and young people under the age of 13 years. Support is provided to the families who present with non-entrenched and non-chronic issues. Families will be assisted with budgeting, parenting education, and referred to specialised services as needed. The service provision is based on an early intervention model.
Support and services are provided to young people aged 14-25 years of age who present with issues including parenting and living skills, advocacy, referral, case planning, group programs, Juvenile Justice issues, accommodation, budgeting, relationships, and information.
